RELEASE/AUTHORISATION FOR THE DISSEMINATION OF IMAGES AND VIDEOS

WHEREAS

a) that the Römisches Institut der Görres-Gesellschaft, located in Via della Sagrestia 17, 00120 Città del Vaticano is interested in promoting the conference for the presentation of the volume entitled: “Einheit und Einzigkeit. Ekklesiologische Konkretionen in ökumenischer Perspektive”, to be held at the Institute for Ecumenical Studies of the Angelicum (Largo Angelicum 1, 00184, Rome, Italy) and the Pontifical Gregorian University (Piazza della Pilotta 4, 00187, Rome, Italy) from March 06 until March 08, 2024;

b) that the promotion and dissemination activities also involve the dissemination of images and videos of the speakers and participants at the Conference;

c) that, in particular, the Institute intends to disseminate the photos and videos referred to in point b) above through the use of specialized and/or sector magazines, the institutional website as well as social networks (e.g. Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Telegraf) and streaming platforms such as YouTube, which the Institute uses.

All this being stated and considered

AUTHORISES

The Römisches Institut der Görres-Gesellschaft to publish and disseminate – also pursuant to Art. 10 of the Civil Code and Art. 96 97 of Law no. 633/1941 (Copyright Law) – its image in the following ways

1) in any form (on its website, on its live streaming YouTube channel, in specialized) magazines, on brochures, on flyers and/or by any other means of dissemination;

2) free of charge;

3) without time limits;

4) with storage of the images and videos in the archives of the Römisches Institut der Görres-Gesellschaft.

This authorization does not allow the use of the images and videos in contexts that could prejudice the personal dignity and decorum of the person portrayed and, in any case, for a use other than that specified above. The undersigned confirms that he/she has no claims in respect of the above authorization and irrevocably waives all economic claims arising from the dissemination and publication of his/her image.
It also declares that it authorizes the processing of its personal data and that it has received the information provided by the Pontifical Gregorian University pursuant to art. 13 of the GDPR.-
